Responsibilities
Facilitate evening outpatient group therapy sessions for adults, using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities
Conduct clinical assessments (6–8 per week) to determine appropriate level of care and treatment needs
Provide individual therapy to support client progress
Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and review client progress
Complete insurance reviews and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Support program operations and assist with other clinical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with completion of a clinically based internship/practicum (required)
Preferred
Prior experience working with adults in a mental health treatment setting strongly preferred
Familiarity with CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices is a plus
