Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions
Configure systems, manage data migrations, and deliver end-user training
Collaborate with sales teams during the presales phase to shape solution proposals
Leverage Power Platform and Azure to enhance customer solutions
Define, model, and optimize business processes for clients
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including Project Online, Project Operations, and/or Field Service
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and integration
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Willingness to travel occasionally within North America
