Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content optimized for each social platform, reflecting BIOptimizers’ tone, style, and visual identity
Collaborate with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to align social content with campaign goals and brand messaging
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep BIOptimizers’ content fresh, relevant, and high-performing
Maintain organized content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence aligned with strategic priorities
Track performance metrics and collaborate with the social team to refine creative approaches based on insights
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas that strengthen brand storytelling and community engagement
Ensure all published content adheres to compliance and brand standards across all platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
2–4 years of experience creating social media content for a consumer brand, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition
Proficiency in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts), basic photo/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, among others)
Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behaviors
Preferred
Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Collaborative and flexible mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
