Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently empties and inventories received product containers
Fills product orders while ensuring correct products are being packaged and shipped
Loads appropriate products onto delivery vehicles for carrier pick up
Maintains product inventories for pick departments
Checks shipping documents for accuracy and completion
Handles orders that require special services, including stickering, re-labeling, packing list application, etc
Keeps work area clean and orderly, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently
Notes any facility safety issues and reports them to management in a timely manner
Performs other various duties and responsibilities, as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
Ability to work well as a member of a team
Must be detail-orientated and able to multi-task
Follows directions, and can read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of SAP, and common knowledge of sporting goods
For equipment operators: ability to work at heights of approximately 30 feet while correctly wearing provided safety harness
Preferred
Minimum 2+ years of experience in distribution experience is preferred
Material handling certificate is helpful
