Responsibilities

Work with Partner Comms, Sales, Digital CX, In-Store Platforms, Brand, Strategy and PM teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities. Translate business objectives into strategic comms plans as well as insightful briefs that will inspire the best creative work
Serve as single point of contact for responsible projects from an overall planning, communications and deliverables perspective, representing ALAC’s needs with Worldwide Marcom to clearly articulate local insights, objectives and solutions for responsible campaigns
Oversee cross-functional creation and production process, work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution and timely delivery of assets that meet the business needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing throughout the campaign planning and production process
Provide hindsights and learnings to local and Worldwide partners, innovate and evolve the work and how we make it

Required

8+ years experience in marketing communications at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications team
Experience with international account management and/or strategy for a global brand
Experience leading brand communications from strategy to execution
Knowledge and understanding of social/digital platforms
Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese

Preferred

Related knowledge of channel marketing rigor, including visual merchandising, retail marketing/campaigns, Point of Sale, and customer-engagement programs
A deep understanding and curiosity in the consumer journey, and its opportunity to drive connected creative ideas and Route to Market strategies
Experience partnering with, and building productive relationships with Creatives
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and set priorities within tight timelines and high expectations
A strong understanding of production and the creative process for developing integrated campaigns
Ability to operate effectively even when things are uncertain. Adapting quickly to changing conditions
Ability to think clearly and strategically. Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies & creative briefs that show clear connection between vision and action. Also able to distill big decisions down to their determinative factors
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Capable of encouraging, inspiring and influencing others to work together to move things forward, both internally and externally
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
