They are seeking a bold and dynamic Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for the LTV program, ensuring compliance with project specifications and effective integration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications

Ensure designs satisfy requirements and demonstrate performance in a thorough verification and validation program

Plan and perform testing of components and integrated assemblies

Oversee the integration of electrical systems into larger projects, ensuring system functionality, reliability, and safety

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and mechanical engineering to ensure cohesive system design

Conduct detailed analysis and simulation of physical systems to predict performance and identify potential issues

Drive innovation in electrical system design, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables related to electrical engineering tasks

Prepare and present technical reports, design documentation, and project updates to stakeholders
