Responsibilities
Save, manage, and communicate lease documentation internally and externally, including mailing required documents
Maintain and update Salesforce for lease deals and space information pages
Draft and process lease documents, including Estoppels, SNDAs, and Commencement Agreements
Manage and update leasing records in multiple systems, including spreadsheets and project management tools like Monday.com
Process commission invoices and maintain accurate records of Listing Agreements and Commission Agreements
Provide tenant banking information, complete tenant-specific forms related to banking setup, and request W-9s as needed
Support special projects, including Commencement Agreement/Amendment reports and square footage audits
Ensure compliance with internal policies and lease documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Proven experience in lease administration or property management
Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate contracts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
