Responsibilities
Lead and manage tasks involving the linkage of large and complex datasets
Apply advanced data management procedures, standards, and methodologies to ensure data integrity and usability
Oversee technical and security aspects of enclave operations related to data linkage
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful task execution and delivery
Communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats
Qualification
Required
Demonstrable and deep knowledge of working with large and complex datasets, including multi-way data linkages and data management best practices
Bachelor's degree in Health Services, Social Sciences, Economics, Behavioral Research, or a comparable discipline
A minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in federal IT or data-related projects
Strong technical background in statistical analysis, technologies, network devices, hardware, and software relevant to enclave operations
Proven experience successfully leading tasks within or for a federal agency or organization
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Preferred
Experience with secure data environments and enclave architecture
Current professional certifications commensurate with the duties of the role
Familiarity with federal data privacy and security standards
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical workflows
