Responsibilities

Supporting the production line through custom job writes, lot disposition, and data validation
Collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to troubleshoot efforts with production processes
Working with the Metrology lead engineer to drive efforts to improve measurement and data quality
Supporting capital qualification efforts

Semiconductor metrology techniquesStatistical analysis softwareProcess improvement projectsTroubleshooting production equipmentCompound semiconductor devicesStatistical process controlData analysisCommunication skills

Required

Typically, a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of prior work experience OR a STEM Master's and 2+ years of prior work experience related to semiconductor metrology techniques such as automated optical inspection, CDSEM, overlay, reflectometry, ellipsometry, or others
Experience troubleshooting production process equipment
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Master's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Experience supporting process improvement projects
Experience working with SQL databases
Experience with statistical analysis software (JMP, Minitab, R, SPSS, MATLAB, etc)
Experience with compound semiconductor devices
Experience in statistical process control (SPC) and/or advanced process control (APC)
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present data and analyses
