Managing all phases of discovery including e-discovery and depositions
Court appearances and trials
Qualification
Required
2-8 years of commercial and business litigation experience
2-8 years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice, or a combination of applicable law firm and judicial clerkship experience
Bachelor's degree
J.D
Bar admittance in New York
Strong writing and analytical skills
Sound judgment
Ability to manage cases effectively
Experience working with partners and senior associates within a mentoring and collaborative team environment
