Responsibilities

Renovation or ground-up construction of a multi-story building

Manage budget, schedule, and compliance requirements associated with a construction effort

Hands-on management and supervision of personnel

Overseeing installation of major electrical, HVAC, and building management systems

Required

Arabic language fluency

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in construction management/project management in one of the following fields: Real estate development, Land development, Construction management

Proficiency in construction project management software such as Procure, PlanGrid, or Autodesk

Experience with construction scheduling software like Primavera or MS Project

Experience managing schedules, budgets, contractors, and vendors

Experience managing the installation or upgrade of major electrical, HVAC, and building management systems

Strong understanding of quality control and quality assurance methods

Proven track record of managing logistics for overseas construction projects, including working with shippers, customs, and warehouses

Experience with permitting and governmental approvals

Hands-on management and supervision of personnel

Ability to ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes in an overseas environment
