Responsibilities

Engaging with customers to understand their diagnostics and repair needs and translating these into technical requirements
Collaborating with product development teams to establish design and testing parameters
Proposing and documenting designs for diagnostic and repair tools
Coordinating with multi-functional teams for design refinement, development, and implementation
Working with UX designers and Solutions Architects to ensure seamless system integrations and successful deployments
Ensuring quality by developing and approving comprehensive qualification plans

Qualification

MSCE/CSHardware diagnosticsLarge-scale systems designProduct development lifecycleExceptional communicationCritical thinkingAttention to detail

Required

MSCE/CS or equivalent relevant work experience required
8+ years of relevant work experience
Expertise in translating customer needs and use cases into high-level designs
Confirmed ability to collaborate with experts and lead complex projects
Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and server-client design principles
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred

Experience with large-scale systems design, hardware diagnostics, and performance tuning
Skilled in leading projects through ambiguity and engaging with product development teams
Adept at crossing between strategic and detailed discussions, with a consistent track record to balance simplicity and scalability
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and willingness to challenge ideas
