Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Search
Birdy Grey is a direct-to-consumer brand focused on celebrating friendships during weddings. The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute the paid search channel strategy to drive traffic and sales, collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve customer acquisition goals.

Responsibilities
Own the Paid Search strategy, vision, and roadmap to generate high quality conversions and work closely with other channel managers to drive efficiencies
Lead channel planning that move from insight and ideation to execution, optimization, and scale
Translate business objectives into channel-level forecasts and goals aligned to core KPIs
Proactively optimize campaigns to ensure efficient performance pacing, identifying risks and opportunities
Analyze performance trends and customer insights to generate actionable insights to inform channel optimizations
Design and execute a robust experimentation framework across ads and on-site experiences
Partner closely with Creative, Tech, Product, and Data teams to prioritize, launch, and scale tests that improve conversion rate, user experience, and full-funnel performance
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to source, develop, and test compelling ad content
Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging platforms, features, and tactics, turning innovation into measurable performance results
Lead ongoing competitive, category, and consumer research to evaluate market shifts and evolving customer behavior
Manage tags and pixels, product feeds, and audiences as they pertain to each channel
Act as a trusted cross-functional partner, supporting broader business initiatives through data-driven insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Paid Search (specifically Google)
Advanced hands-on campaign management experience required for Paid Search, including the ability to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data and campaign metrics
Proven ability to scale growth marketing and lead generation programs with rapid testing and learning
Expert analytical skills with the ability to forecast and perform data deep dives to surface actionable insights
Strong understanding and application of conversion tracking and pixel management
Foundational understanding of attribution and how certain channels support the overall marketing program
Proficiency in Excel & data analytics platforms
Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively
Comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to lead projects
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment
Proven success in working cross-functionally with all levels
Preferred

DTC experience is a plus
Interest and knowledge in the fashion and bridal industry
