Sales Director - Security Start Up Vendor - Focused on SMB
StealthWatch is partnering with an innovative cybersecurity start-up thatโs redefining how businesses protect their data. The Sales Leader will manage and mentor a team of five SMB sales representatives, driving pipeline growth and exceeding revenue targets while shaping the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of five SMB Account Executives
Define and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Report on team performance, forecasts, and market insights to executive leadership
Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Qualification
Required
Proven track record leading a successful SMB or mid-market sales team in cybersecurity, SaaS, or a related tech industry
Strong understanding of the SMB buying process and experience scaling revenue in high-growth environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Must be based on the East Coast or Central U.S
