Responsibilities
Assists department in handling, organizing, and maintaining shipping documentation
Work consists of less routine tasks in contribution to changes in systems and processes to solve problems
Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has impact on the overall achievement of results for the team
Responsible for making minor changes in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of approaches and routines being utilized
Expected to propose solutions to problems for others review
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related administrative experience
Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related administrative experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related administrative experience
Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship
Preferred
Strong knowledge and experience with preparing and handling documentation for the sale of aerospace products
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain 5S+1 work area and implement and enforce Lean manufacturing principles
Hands-on-experience in Documentation/Records Management or Configuration Management
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Document management, or equivalent, software
Knowledge of, or experience with, government-related document submissions (examples, WAWFDD250, WARP entry, ADC submissions)
