Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop creative materials that align with strategic goals and brand standards
Take full ownership of the creative process—from concept to final delivery—while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams
Design a variety of assets, including:
Static graphics and social media visuals
Marketing decks and printed materials
Short-form videos and motion graphics
Landing pages (using Webflow or WordPress)
Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all digital and offline touchpoints
Communicate effectively with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling, on-brand designs
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Designer (graphic, digital, or creative)
Proven ability to own creative projects from start to finish while working collaboratively across teams
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
Experience using Webflow or WordPress for landing page creation and updates
Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and usability
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand and speak the 'language of marketing.'
Ability to work independently and turn high-level direction into polished, effective creative assets
Preferred
Familiarity with the affiliate or influencer marketing space
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing
Experience creating and editing short-form videos for social media
