New Home Sales Agent
FTS, Inc. is seeking experienced and licensed New Home Sales Agents to join their growing team in Northern Georgia. The role focuses on representing the company in presenting and selling homes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting established sales targets.

Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets
Analyze sales data, traffic reports, and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
Assist in determining home pricing, site premiums, and release schedules
Support and train new Sales Agents and Assistants as needed
Execute all scheduled sales activities, including:
Tracking 'Home Definition Due' dates
Completing and finalizing Home Definitions and selections for Purchase Agreements
Confirming Homeowner Orientation and Final Loan Approval dates with all stakeholders
Maintaining accurate availability and status on community plat boards
Logging all customer and agent interactions in CRM
Conduct monthly competitive market studies and adjust strategies accordingly
Build and maintain strong relationships with Realtors and other referral sources
Implement and manage follow-up marketing campaigns
Maintain pristine condition of the sales center, model homes, and inventory homes
Demonstrate home features and finishes to potential buyers using the established sales process
Immediately record all prospect and buyer interactions in CRM
Oversee the loan process by coordinating with buyers, agents, lenders, and closing attorneys
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure website accuracy and updates
Attend weekly Community Builder Meetings to review and resolve operational issues
Place and monitor all necessary onsite signage (e.g., lot signs, open house signage)
Host Grand Openings and community events while upholding brand and marketing standards
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing and listing information on the company website and MLS
Ensure proper staffing, supplies, and presentation standards for all sales locations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active State Real Estate License (required)
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skilled at prospecting, relationship-building, and marketing follow-up
Strong knowledge of the sales process and ability to convert leads into sales
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
