Responsibilities

Answering inbound customer service calls. Providing entry-level troubleshooting and redirecting phone calls when appropriate

Addressing minor provider issues and resolving minor complaints. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented

Identifying provider issues and determining the appropriate course of action for effective resolution

Required

Experience working in a call center environment (especially if related to insurance enrollment)

Experience with FACETS and/or Genesys software

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Proficient oral and written communication skills

Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to solve problems via the analysis and interpretation of conducting research

Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet the needs of the business

Able to handle multiple tasks and maintain expected performance

Solid knowledge of the commercial health insurance market
