Qualification
Required

Familiarity with performance-driven design (direct-response principles, creative testing, A/B variations)
Experience in a marketing agency or high-volume production environment handling multiple client campaigns
Understanding of platform compliance (Meta ad guidelines, restricted imagery, text ratio limits)
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured briefs independently
Curiosity to learn and use AI tools in design to enhance creativity
