Passion City Church is seeking a Marketing Manager for their sixstepsrecords team. The role involves leading marketing strategies and project coordination to enhance audience engagement and support artists effectively.

Responsibilities
Ideate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that integrate digital, experiential, media and partnership strategies
Oversee social media coordination for all sixsteps artists
Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content
Communicate with team and artists on schedule and upcoming relevant needs
Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts
Coordinate with promoters and team for all tour and event marketing efforts, including both digital and on-the-ground activations
Liaise with Capitol CMG digital team for all marketing and communication efforts
Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts
Oversee all artist and label websites and social media platforms (SEO, analytics, updates)
Manage email lists
Research, design, and send emails for campaigns
Regularly aggregate and send reports to team and artists (marketing + social media reports etc)
Initiate and implement interactive and experiential marketing strategies that deepen audience engagement
Create and oversee ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent band messaging across all touchpoint
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with marketing experience
Ideate and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns that integrate digital, experiential, media and partnership strategies
