Responsibilities
Provide direct support to attorneys in corporate and estate planning matters
Draft and form legal entities such as LLCs, LPs, and corporations
Assist with drafting both basic and complex trusts
Prepare correspondence, deeds, and other legal documents
Manage and organize client asset information
Communicate effectively with clients and professional advisors
Maintain organization across multiple ongoing projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate and estate planning
Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; Clio experience a plus
Preferred
4–6 years of total paralegal experience
Bachelor's degree
