Carnival Corporation is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to lead their data scrum team and support corporate direction through high-performance teamwork. The role involves troubleshooting data issues, serving as a data solution architect, and mentoring team members to resolve complex data challenges.

Responsibilities

Lead the data scrum team to troubleshoot and resolve open data issues (ADO) in MAST (30%)

Prioritize and follow through on open data issues transitioned via Hypercare closure and/or identified in production (25%)

Provide expertise in root cause analysis and advice on long-term resolution strategies (20%)

Serve as the overall data solution architect across the MAST data support organization to generate data solution for global data initiatives and resolve highly complex data issues

Connect with Brand data contacts and serve as the first point of issue escalation (15%)

Required

Extensive experience in leading data scrum teams and resolving complex data issues

Expert level of understanding of MAST & AMOS data models

Proven experience in root cause analysis and long-term resolution strategies

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to enhance team development

Preferred

Good knowledge in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Top level experience in Scrum Master or Product Management is preferred
