Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that integrate with LLMs and timeseries neural networks
Collaborate with data scientists, AI researchers, and network engineers to build innovative solutions for real-time network diagnostics, auto-provisioning, and outage detection
Architect and implement high-performance, low-latency agentic LLM workflows that handle complex networking scenarios
Partner with DevOps to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and reliability of services in production environments
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and uphold best practices for software development
Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements, estimate development timelines, and deliver high-quality features on schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development
Strong proficiency with Python (Django) is a must
Expertise in building distributed systems and working with modern software architecture patterns
Deep understanding of API design, microservices, and data processing pipelines
Proven track record of collaborating in small teams to deliver outsize software solutions
Preferred
Production grade LLM experience (at scale deployments, agentic workflows, etc.)
Experience working on networking stack tools like LibreNMS, Netbox, Ansible, Network to Code, ThousandEyes or other known NMS platforms
Familiarity with Networking telemetry protocols (SNMP, gNMI, NETCONF, Syslog, etc.)
Front-End experience (React, Typescript)
DevOps experience (AWS, Terraform)
