Responsibilities
Drive and manage operational excellence initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvement
Implement and sustain best practices in Tire and Rubber Manufacturing, ensuring high performance and quality outcomes
Develop and keep a Digitalization Roadmap addressing plant operational pain points and central requirements
Secure buy-in and active support from managers and other stakeholders
Communicate the vision for value-adding shopfloor digitalization across local and central teams
Ensure clarity of responsibilities (“who needs to do what, when”) to maintain progress
Build and sustain a strong local network with MTE, IT, and IE for MSM and LKUs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or similar technical background
Strong Project and Time management skills
Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of contributing both independently and as part of a team
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship or relocation available for this role
Preferred
Have a background in systems implementation or strong change management skills
Knowledge of Tire and Rubber manufacturing practices
