Influencer Talent Manager
The Digital Dept. is seeking Influencer Talent Managers to join their Talent Management team. The role involves securing effective influencer campaigns for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands while managing relationships with talent and brands.

Responsibilities
Handle consistent communication with talent and provide career direction
Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for The Digital Dept. roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths
Daily communication with talent inclusive of offers, industry trends, events, gifting, strategy and more
Negotiate and set appropriate budgets
Develop relationships with individuals and brands
Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs
Keep informed of industry trends, events and deals
Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and participate in new program pitches and presentations
Provide insight and research new talent
Manage personal roster of talent maintaining strong relationships
Organize reasonable timelines
Confirm all requirements and logistics of campaigns
Manage talent’s inbox and calendar
Manage the client and talent's expectations
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in influencer talent management role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a similar field
Proactive
Organized
Detailed
Strong communication skills
Strong time management skills
Entrepreneurial spirit
Strong relationships with influencer talent
Strong relationships with brands and agencies working on influencer marketing campaigns
