Responsibilities
Oversee and execute commercial real estate appraisal assignments across sectors, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and land
Lead a team of appraisers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and quality control
Develop and maintain client relationships with lenders, developers, REITs, institutional investors, and law firms
Collaborate with regional leadership to expand Colliers’ footprint in the Richmond and broader Virginia market
Qualification
Required
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license (Virginia)
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and mentor junior appraisers
Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills
Preferred
MAI designation preferred or in progress
