Responsibilities
Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base
Determine, generate, and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through commercial property management companies and commercial projects
Identify ways to attract more prospects
Work to build a 'book of business' and prove to potential clients that S&G is the right choice for their floor covering needs
Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services
Develop sales tools and strategies that target key multi-family and commercial decision-makers
Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices
Qualification
Required
Natural talent for sales
Ability to positively increase sales revenue and profitability
Quality customer service skills
Ability to expand the customer base
Experience in generating and capturing sales outside of the organization
Ability to identify ways to attract more prospects
Experience in building a 'book of business'
Ability to maintain existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills in developing sales tools and strategies targeting key decision-makers
Project management skills from point of sale through final payment of invoices
Must live in the territory
Preferred
Some multi-family and commercial sales experience
Having some multi-family and commercial contacts
