They are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a Tower Technician, responsible for installing and maintaining wireless communications equipment on towers and structures.

Responsibilities

Install and route cabling for wireless communications equipment

Assist with electrical work and system grounding on job sites

Support dish alignment, pathing, and mounting on towers and rooftops

Climb towers and structures safely to perform installation and maintenance work (certification provided)

Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment

Follow safety procedures and industry standards

Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest

Required

Basic understanding of cell site components and layouts

Familiarity with dish pathing and cell tower sites

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

Prior experience in telecom, electrical work, or construction

OSHA 10/30 certification

RF awareness or other safety certifications
