Responsibilities
Knowledge and skill to schedule and track daily deliveries efficiently and safely
Work closely with customers, drivers, and batch plant operators
Flexible and cooperative to ensure delivery schedules are met
In-take of customer orders and calculation of concrete yardage and pricing
Schedules and prioritizes loading of ready-mix trucks with customers’ orders, gives clear route instructions to drivers, and instructs drivers of delivery requirements and job site conditions
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and skill to schedule and track daily deliveries efficiently and safely
Work closely with customers, drivers, and batch plant operators
Flexible and cooperative to ensure delivery schedules are met

Demonstrated organizational and strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a busy environment
Enjoys working closely with others
Reliable and willing to work early hours
Preferred
Previous experience in the ready-mix industry and/or as a dispatcher
