1+ years expEast Brook Animal Hospital is looking for a caring and reliable Client Service Representative to join their team. The CSR will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth visit for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities
Greet clients and pets with a positive, professional attitude
Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy
Schedule and confirm appointments using Avimark
Personable, empathetic and friendly with phone calls, in emails, and with all client communications/Interactions
Process invoices and payments accurately
Educate clients about services, products, and preventive care
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
Support veterinarians, technicians, and management with daily tasks
Provide compassion and support to clients in emotional situations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred
Strong Telephone Etiquette, Computer and Multitasking skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills, and the ability to Manage Stressful Situations
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout the clinic, climb stairs multiple times per day
Calm, compassionate, and professional under pressure
