Responsibilities
To lead a team responsible for developing and executing effective production schedules that maximize asset utilization and on-time delivery
To establish standardized scheduling processes across plants, ensuring alignment with IBP and Master Planning
To drive production adherence and improve scheduling KPIs (service rate, lead time, capacity utilization)
To lead variance analysis and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions in manufacturing
To drive continuous improvement and change management across people, processes, and systems
To collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to balance supply and demand efficiently
To support key business and supply chain initiatives globally
Qualification
Required
Mastery-level knowledge of MPS/MRP and ERP systems (SAP ECC, S4/HANA)
Strong understanding of master data, capacity planning, and scheduling processes
Experience leading multi-site or regional scheduling teams
Proven success in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement implementation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive change and manage large-scale process transitions
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business
MBA preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
