To lead new product development through concept, design, tooling, and production readiness

Proven results towards continuous improvements

Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction

3+ years of engineering experience launching product

Proven self-directed Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines

Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning

Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. product/machine design and build, launch, quoting, price negotiation, customer interaction

Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere

A Bachelor's degree in engineering

3+ years of experience in related field

Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
