Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for contract review, negotiation, and administration from proposal through project completion
Manage all contractual deliverables, ensuring terms, milestones, and obligations are tracked and fulfilled
Interpret and follow detailed contract requirements, including flow-down clauses, change orders, payment schedules, insurance, and performance guarantees
Support project teams in understanding and adhering to contract terms, proactively identifying risks or deviations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all contract-related actions are documented and communicated effectively
Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, logs, and summaries for leadership reporting
Assist with contract closeout, claims management, and dispute resolution processes
Partner with legal and commercial teams to standardize templates and improve internal contract processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or related field
5+ years of experience in contract management or project management roles supporting large industrial, construction, or manufacturing projects
Strong understanding of contract language, commercial risk, and project lifecycles
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-party agreements and drive compliance in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Roanoke, VA (relocation support provided)

Preferred

PMP certification
Experience with large-scale clients
