The role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting while leading a team and improving processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead U.S. accounting operations, including GL, AR/AP, deductions, inventory accounting, and tax compliance

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close in accordance with U.S. GAAP and group reporting standards

Oversee group consolidation, financial statements, audits, and statutory reporting for the U.S. business

Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on trade spend, inventory reconciliation, and cost control

Oversee and optimize accounting systems and tools, including ERP and trade promotion management platforms

Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, driving accountability and continuous improvement

Support process improvement, automation, and scalability initiatives tied to growth and international alignment
