Responsibilities
Directly manage the Fire Protection Advanced Services team, which consists of alarm, monitoring, and/or sprinkler suppression systems
Hiring and performance management
Managing the overall performance of a team
Providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment
Successful resolution of customer related issues
Training a team on effective skilled technicians
Performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals
Managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service
Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service technicians to assist in pick-up and delivery of products or assisting on service test and inspection or repair calls
Driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations
Lifting, carrying and walking Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers
Performing managerial duties
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Preferred
Management experience
Experience in Fire Protection Alarm, Sprinkler or Pre-Engineered system
Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
