Metro Infusion Center is seeking an Infusion Payment Poster responsible for processing and posting incoming payments and reconciling receipts. The role involves daily batch posting, creating payment deposits, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Daily batch posting of patient and Insurance payments

Creates insurance and patient payment deposits weekly

Verifies expected reimbursement and adjustment based upon the provided contract list

Submits underpayments and overpayment information to appropriate Collector for follow-up

Researches and resolves missing Explanation of benefits or payments as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Medical payment postingMicrosoft SuiteCPR+CareTendBachelor's degree

Required

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Required

Experience in medical payment posting practices required

Proof of current vaccinations, including recommended boosters, commonly required for those working with immunocompromised patients, including measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis A & B, influenza, and COVID-19
