Account Executive (Alternative Lending & Funding)
Pinnacle Private Credit is seeking a motivated and assertive Account Executive to manage the full funding and sales cycle. In this role, you will engage with small business owners, negotiate terms, and ensure timely repayment while building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
Prospect and engage small business owners to understand their funding needs
Present Pinnacle's financing options and structure deals tailored to each client
Lead the end-to-end funding process — from initial contact through funding and collections coordination
Negotiate and close deals confidently over the phone, with the ability to push back and ensure mutual accountability
Build and maintain merchant relationships post-funding to ensure timely repayment
Collaborate closely with internal teams on underwriting, renewals, and merchant communication
Take ownership of daily outreach, follow-ups, and deal flow — no hand-holding needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in alternative lending, MCA, ISO sales, or private credit funding
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, assertive personality with a 'closer' mentality and street-smart hustle
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections directly
Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
Driven by results and motivated by performance-based earnings
