Responsibilities
Work on a distributed system including a Python backend for task handling and queues, a Chrome extension for browser actions in healthcare sites, a Next.js frontend for setup and views, a Postgres database, and connections to things like Google Drive, Outlook, and EHR APIs
Build secure systems that improve efficiency without cutting corners on safety
Deliver under deadlines in loose teams, with basics like encryption, enclaves, and HIPAA in mind
Qualification
Required
Solid in React/Next.js
SQL for databases
APIs like REST or gRPC with secure auth
Know queues and messaging—Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka—for orchestration
Secure LLM work including calls and reasoning
Ability to deliver under deadlines in loose teams
Basics like encryption, enclaves, and HIPAA in mind
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems
