Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, management, and troubleshooting of Zoom meetings and webinars
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of virtual communications
Perform data clean-up tasks, including organizing, verifying, and updating large datasets
Support the telecom team in various administrative tasks and projects
Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve processes
Document procedures and create reports as needed

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
