Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for clients post-onboarding, providing case updates and detailed reports
Manage large datasets across multiple projects for client reporting and presentations
Deliver timely case and claim updates both individually and through large-scale reports
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Ensure clients can easily navigate Med Lien’s systems; coordinate with Implementation Managers as needed
Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest workflow improvements
Manage multiple lien resolution projects simultaneously, keeping claims moving efficiently
Maintain accurate records in Med Lien’s internal claims’ tracking system
Lead a team of attorneys and analysts to produce high-quality, timely results
Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with leadership to implement changes
Prepare and organize data for lien holder submissions
Collaborate with subrogation firms to expedite resolutions and strengthen partnerships
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage high-volume client interaction
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong project management and customer service skills; able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and web-based systems
Prior experience working with law firms, insurance, or lien resolution is a strong plus
Preferred
Paralegal certification
