The Onsite HOA Associate Compliance Inspector will assist the Senior Inspector in coordinating inspections, managing community standards, and supporting on-site staff to ensure compliance with community policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Inspector as needed/directed and understand the duties and responsibilities of the inspector role

Work with Senior Inspector to coordinate assigned “sections” of the community for inspection

Physically inspect homes within the association/sub-associations and manage/monitor/violate/escalate or close per community documents, standards, and policies and procedures

Assist in reviewing & verifying VEC hearing minutes for all VEC hearings in accordance with the association’s policies and procedures

Assist on-site staff as needed/directed

Email, phone, or meet in person with owners whose violations may need further assistance, and escalate to management as needed

Attend all VEC hearings and take notes to assist Inspector(s) and/or ACAM with meeting minutes

Assist with additional projects or tasks as needed and directed by the Manager
