Organizing project-related reviews, measurements, and documentation
Updating building mechanical drawings as necessary
Develop a building inspection system
Coordinate work and request quotes for ad hoc work
Provide data, implement specifications, or make suggestions for second or third parties (e.g. parent company, authority, customers)
Actively participate in the operation and development of the ISO50001 standard
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Initiate PRs, APs, and Cash Advances
Qualification
Required
Degree in building engineering, mechanical engineering or relevant field
At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar field
Strong organizational skills
Project coordination skills
Communication skills
Ability to initiate purchase requests (PRs), accounts payable (APs), and cash advances
Ability to obtain quotes
Ability to maintain communication with subcontractors
Ability to organize project-related reviews and measurements
Ability to ensure thorough documentation of all project activities
Ability to actively participate in the operation and development of the ISO 50001 energy management standard
Good communication and problem-solving skills
