Regional Sales Manager - Western Canada (BC/AB)
MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH has revolutionized allergy diagnostics and operates successfully in over 90 countries. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop new business, lead sales campaigns, and build relationships within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities
Develop new business by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers within the territory
Lead strategic sales campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customized, workflow-based solutions
Consult with laboratories to assess processes, optimize efficiency, and implement MADx technologies
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers in public and private healthcare networks
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to adapt strategies and drive market penetration
Manage pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools and contribute to quarterly business reviews
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Support, and Marketing to ensure aligned customer engagement
Uphold compliance and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years' experience in complex sales (capital equipment, medical devices, or diagnostics)
Proven track record new business development and solution-based selling (at least 5 years)
Strong understanding of laboratory diagnostics workflows and healthcare systems in Canada
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Independent, field-based work style with regional travel flexibility
