Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, OSHA) in relation to electrical systems
Leading site electrical infrastructure planning and renewal efforts
Implementing standard operating procedures for electrical system operation and maintenance
Determining appropriate projects to support site capacity and utilization of electrical utilities
Supporting site electrical staff as an on-site expert

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Ten (10) years of plant electrical engineering in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver's License

Preferred

Master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution
Fifteen (15) years of electrical engineering in a private, public, government or military environment with responsibility for oversight of plant electrical distribution systems
Skills include ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
