Responsibilities

The Continuous Improvement Intern will be an active member of the operations team and will lead projects aimed at improving the group’s current operational challenges. These solutions will have a direct impact on the organization and its success
The Continuous Improvement Intern will analyze available data to assist in decision making
The Continuous Improvement Intern will work cross functionally with other groups to organize and implement sustainable processes to advance our day-to-day operations
The Continuous Improvement Intern will learn and leverage lean tools to solve challenging problems
Projects and additional duties will be assigned throughout the assignment based on current business and manufacturing needs

Required

Completion of Junior year in an accredited college with a major in a STEM Field
Passion for creating positive change and a desire to engage with the manufacturing team
Creative, data driven approach to problem solving
Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
Organize and complete detailed tasks and project work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
