Global Key Account Manager

Ashland Specialty Ingredients is a leading global specialty chemicals company. They are seeking a Global Key Account Manager to drive global and regional strategy and partnership with key customers in the Personal Care team.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Drive global and regional strategy and voice to market for Ashland’s Core portfolio
Partner with global marketing to ensure alignment in the innovation process
Work with key customer partners to map the path to new platform adoption
Ownership and steering of customer partnerships

Qualification

Sales/GKA experiencePersonal Care IngredientsTechnical backgroundStrategy developmentFunction in ambiguityCoordinate in corporate settingSelf-starterWork independently

Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
10+ years Sales/GKA experience, Personal Care Ingredients experience highly preferred
Experience leading an indirect team of reports and driving strategy development and adoption
Travel up to 40% with mostly domestic but some international
Ability to be a self-starter, work independently, and function in ambiguity

Preferred

Technical background a plus
Ability to work and coordinate within a complex corporate setting
