Responsibilities
Install kitchen cabinets, crown moldings, light valance, toe kick, fillers, and hardware
Perform accurate measurements, adjustments, and leveling for perfect fit and finish
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and installation plans
Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Ensure all work meets Factory Direct Renovations’ quality standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of kitchen installation experience (cabinetry, trim, finish carpentry)
Van or truck required for transporting tools and materials
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read blueprints and installation drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and customer service attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable communication
Preferred
Own shop or workspace preferred — applicants with their own shop will receive priority consideration
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
