Responsibilities

Identifying cybersecurity design alternatives, researching existing cybersecurity systems in the marketplace and recommending viable cybersecurity solutions

Maintaining effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members

Identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity projects

Establishing and controlling technical and program/project milestones, schedules, budgets. and costs

Required

Bachelors degree and eight (8) years of experience in Program Management (PM) in Department of Defense (DoD) systems

Five (5) years of leadership experience and responsibility in DoD contract management, to include management of a major technical support contract (Navy preferred)

Thorough knowledge of the Navy's contractual process

Experience demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Cybersecurity mission, engineering and research and development

Experience with management of a major technical information support contract (Navy preferred)

Experience in understanding of computer security, DoD Cybersecurity policies for both Land Based and afloat/tactical systems

Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written and oral presentations

Ability to manage a technical team, develop cost estimates and schedules, prepare status reports and prepare budget reports

Understanding of acquisition and logistics support, project risk management, and change control

Experience working with customers to identify and coordinate new cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) system and developments and/or enhancements
