Responsibilities
Responsible for Month-End close process and booking journal entries
Post and code all Income/Revenue transactions including invoices into the accounting software system ensuring careful accuracy and precision
Review all Accounting transactions and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment received
Update weekly check register in a timely and efficient manner
Fields accounts receivable inquiries from internal customers and external vendors
File and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statements
Provide analytical, administrative, clerical and project support to accounting department and management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree is a Must
2+ years high volume Accounts Receivable/Income and payment Transactions
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Degree in Accounting is preferred
