Responsibilities
Leading setup, integration, testing, and deployment of Neros FPV systems in operational environments
Delivering flight demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and operator training packages
Troubleshooting technical issues in real-world conditions and ensuring rapid fixes
Capturing user feedback and field data to identify trends and influence production and engineering improvements
Representing Neros at trials, customer engagements, and key industry events
Acting as the primary technical interface for UK and EMEA customers post-sale
Qualification
Required
Credible military experience, ideally with hands-on sUAS/FPV operations
Comprehensive knowledge of FPV drones and systems
Practical understanding of FPV builds, tuning, maintenance, and flying
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical problems and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Proven experience working in or alongside defence/military organisations
Self-starter, able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Europe to support trials, training, and customer operations
Preferred
3+ years in the defense industry
Existing network of military/defense contacts
FAA Part 107 Pilot License
GVC (General Visual Line of Sight Certificate)
Experience operating under the UK Specific Category (SORA/PDRA framework)
